Tube Scarf Hood Thingy.... SimpleTutorial

So, I've been playing around with the tubes I've been making, to see what I could create with it, and here is one of the products of my playing. I'm making another one with bulky yarn, doing the treble stitch (first project with this stitch). I'll post the pics of that when I'm done. So here's how you make it!

Materials:

  • Red Saver (cheap) black worsted weight yarn (I used about one and a half skeins)
  • Size K (6.5MM) hook
  • basic crochet stitch knowledge
Instructions:

  1. Chain 55 stitches. (this is how big I wanted mine to be, but you can go longer or shorter)
  2. Join 1st and last stitches with a slip stitch.
  3. Chain 2.
  4. 1 dc in each stitch.
  5. when you get to the end, join with a slip stitch, and chain 2.
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 for as many rows as you see fit. (I did 25)
  7. Snip your yarn, and complete your project.
  8. Enjoy your awesome Tube Scarf Hood Thingy. :)
